Settings process hangs indefinitely after editing any color setting #20235

Steps to reproduce

  1. open settings
  2. go to Find my mouse / Screen Ruler settings page
  3. edit any color setting
  4. close settings window

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys.Settings process exits properly

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys.Settings.exe process hangs and you can't open settings from the tray anymore.

Same here with 0.79.0 after some random click in settings and close it. The process uses a lot of memory. Difference is I can open settings again.
