I currently use a tool that lets me right click/long press on the Minimize button to send the window to the System Tray rather than the Taskbar--it would be helpful to mimic this implementation on the Maximize button for Always On Top.
Scenario when this would be used?
Always On Top is useful when I am using my keyboard, but there are some cases in which I only use my device's screen or touchpad (Surface Laptop Studio) while the keyboard is tucked away. A right click or long press on a title bar button would allow this to work on devices that aren't keyboard-focused.
