No PowerToys window is opening (icon is in system tray) #20784

Steps to reproduce

I don't know what has happened to have caused this bug as nothing is different since previous install... I've reinstalled Windows 11 twice within 2 days. 1st time round PowerToys worked as intended. 2nd time round no windows are opening for the application, but it shows as being open in the system tray (clicking the "settings" button or double clicking in system tray does not open any windows).

I've tried suggestions made in other similar bug reports to this but nothing appears to work.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys window opens up when opening the app, double clicking system tray icon, or right clicking system tray icon and clicking the "settings" button.

❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing.

Other Software

Only basic system drivers and common redistributables/runtimes for games and apps to work.

Update: I just reinstalled/repaired the installation of .NET 6.0.8 Desktop Runtime and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (without running them as admin), and the issue is now fixed and the app runs as intended.
