Running as admin

Steps to reproduce

  1. install a software with an exe installer (e.g. MarkText or Clash For Windows)
  2. search this software in powertoys run, then it will give the shortcut on the desktop
  3. delete the shortcut on the desktop
  4. search this software in powertoys run, then it cannot find this software
  5. restart powertoys, it works as expected

Hi there!

We need a bit more information to really debug this issue. Can you add a "Report Bug" zip file here? You right click on our system tray icon and just go to report bug. Then drag the zipfile from your desktop onto the GitHub comment box in this issue. Thanks!

From the logs the error related to MarkText is the following and not related to shortcut delete. [2022-10-01 14:46:17.6434] [ERROR] [C:\a\_work\1\s\src\modules\launcher\Wox.Infrastructure\Storage\ListRepository`1.cs::54] Item Already Exists <MarkText.lnk>

From the logs the error related to MarkText is the following and not related to shortcut delete.

But I am sure the result it gives before restarting PowerToys is the shortcut on the desktop.
