Please make the tea-cup caffeine icon steamy, if it's inhibiting please!!! #20902

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'm used to the Linux version of caffeine, where the empty cup means the system will sleep; and the steamy-cup means caffeine is on. I know other tray-icons on windows that have multiple states, so please add this feature, b/c my code is crap; but sometimes I have a good idea.

Scenario when this would be used?

During production, before, starting a zoom call. I wouldn't have to right-click on the icon; if the badge said wether it's on or off.
