Description of the new feature / enhancement

I want a new utility like sizer.

• Features in sizer
  • Display window position and size tooltips when resizing a window
  • Right-click on the window border or press the shortcut key to open the resize menu and resize the window to the specified size.
• Features not included in sizer
  • Display window position and size tooltips when moving a window
  • Change window position and size by entering them in a dialog box

Scenario when this would be used?

Video live, recording, etc.

You have my vote! I often need this when developing applications, and I want to see what they look like on other screen sizes.

I wonder if it can be integrated with the existing screen ruler tool?
