Description of the new feature / enhancement

Have a program (like calculator) always appear and be on top even when opening a new window.

Scenario when this would be used?

When frequently opening and closing you don't have to toggle Always on top.

Especially useful for those of us who use the pop-up touchscreen keyboard. good suggestion.
