Whenever I start my Windows, the window of Powertoys opens with the title "PowerToys Run ran into an issue"

✔️ Expected Behavior

I was not expecting anything, I just start the Windows, and this PowerToys should've started without giving any error.

❌ Actual Behavior

after starting my Windows, Powertoys just show error windows with the title "PowerToys Run ran into an issue"

I have added the .zip file as you asked
But right after I faced the issue I upgraded the version to 0.63.0. and was not facing any issues after the upgrade.

can you try and update to a new release (.69.1 or newer as the time of writing this)? This should have been resolved when we went self contained /needinfo
