Add option to automatically backup powertoys settings #21802

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The new feature Backup & Restore is very good. But you should add an option "Automatically backup settings" so that when we turn it on, the settings get automatically backed up.

Scenario when this would be used?

When we want to backup the settings but we don't want to open Powertoys settings to back them up.

Another scenario I can think of

Always keep the PowerToys settings backed up so that if we change Laptops or machines, or reformat (as I have recently done), we don't need to setup the entire settings manually again.

With manual backups, you can never be assured that you remembered to backup the settings before your machine suddenly crashed on you. An auto-backup saved to a OneDrive folder would have been a God-send in such a scenario.

Yeah, my laptop just died, and I didn't realize you had to backup your settings manually - I thought it would stay with your profile on OneDrive.

So yeah, this would be nice to have!
