Description of the new feature / enhancement

There are many tools around that can do a file comparison (binary or text) around the web. Even tools like VSCode or VS have them. It may be useful to have some of those simple tools quickly around to compare different type of files, at least it's metadata when we talk about multimedia files, and text comparison for any code/text file.

Scenario when this would be used?

For every file on our Windows system.

YES! I've got baskets of files within nested directories, which may be sorted into other directories or better, ahem, bitrates, and I want to identify and be privileged to sort/delete them by my criteria (oldest deleted first, negative (missing) files deleted, format (mp3/flac) deleted first), amateur aficionado here...
