[peek/preview pane] support epub #2229

Summary of the new feature/enhancement

It would be great to get a previsualization, at least the the cover page, of epub files in the File Explorer PowerToys / peek

If the quick research is right, this is a zip with HTML inside.

and similarly to epub preview, display preview for comic book formats, only need to display the first image found in these difference archive formats :

cbz (zip)
cbr (rar)
cb7 (7zip)

Find the right cover image for epub is more complex, see for some implementation idea : https://github.com/dark-knight404/DarkThumbs
