Description of the new feature / enhancement

Recognize if selected text are symbols based on fonts, Webdings and Wingdings, and translate them accordingly to text prior to copying

Scenario when this would be used?

If someone communicated using either of these pre-loaded Windows system fonts. Mostly used in video game fandom such as Undertale and Deltarune where select characters speak in particular fonts.

Need but This would need the model to support it. We do not directly build the model for OCR. This is external to powertoys too.
