Description of the new feature / enhancement

An option to set separate vertical (top and bottom) and horizontal (right and left) spacings for the zones.

Scenario when this would be used?

Some people use custom themes that add rounded corners to all windows but the corners add some height to the windows. When using fancy zones with such themes if two windows are stacked vertically the rounded corners part overlaps.
