Description of the new feature / enhancement

I hope to have a feature that lets people add animated wallpaper to the log-out screen, not the sleep screen. For example, I can not add animated wallpaper from the wallpaper engine when I log out by pressing win + L.

Scenario when this would be used?

when I log out by pressing win + L. And thank you for your hard working.

neat idea but i don't see PowerToys focusing on this idea.
