Image Resizer - Support "Nearest Neighbor" #23546

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Could Image Resizer support Nearest Neighbor please?

This type of resize is used to resize pixel art. Other resize methods cause pixel art to become blurry.

Eg. a new checkbox could be added simply called "Resize pixel art (nearest neighbor)"

Scenario when this would be used?

Resizing pixel art. My personal use case is for uploading upscaled sprites to wikis (atm many wikis upload sprites at their original size, resulting in tiny images that you can't see properly).

I second this, it would speed up my workflow a lot! 💯

+1 for this, I ended up using another tool for this, and it's a shame, cause all it would need it an extra option
