Steps to reproduce

If I start PowerToys with admin rights and then want to change the location of the backup in the General section under Backup, then PowerToys just crashes without any error message

✔️ Expected Behavior

Normally, it should open a window to select the backup location

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys just crashes without an error message
