Description of the new feature / enhancement
Shortcut or automatic algorythm to toggle touchpad on and off
Scenario when this would be used?
When typing, playing games and while doing tasks and having the laptop on your lap/stomach. Also while presenting powerpoint slideshows and having the laptop in your hand.
Supporting information
The palm rejection feature doesn't always work as good, as it could. I sometimes get accidental touches while playing games or making notes in onenote. This could be useful also while using the laptop not on desk, while you could accidentally touch the trackpad with your stomach while laying in bed or when the chassis of the laptop is flexing when holding it with one hand. I had a dedicated fn+button shortcut for that in my previous laptop, but currently I find it a little annoying not having a quick toggle to switch my trackpad on and off. It would be great if it was possible to add that toggle into powertoys with whatever key combination shortcut as well as quick toggle on via a specific action on the trackpad like a double right click or scroll up or down using two fingers
