Introduce a set of shortcuts (e.g. Win + Shift + arrow) to control behavior of Fancy Zones from the keyboard while also allowing for traditional quarters-halves-full window management of Snap.
Scenario when this would be used?
When I don't want to have too many fancy zones set up to avoid a mess when dragging window with a mouse, yet still want to use all possible options for window management. E.g. I have a screen set up in thirds and horizontal halves while regularly using a full screen view. Sometimes I also want to place a window in a quarter view. That makes it 5 different fancy zones (thirds, h. halves, v. halves, full screen, quarters) per point of a screen, making it incredibly messy to navigate.
