PowerToys Run doesn't launch apps properly. It only launches ≈50% of the apps correctly, or at all #25039

Steps to reproduce

Launch for example Opera GX, it gives the following image Similar issues seem to appear many times using PowerToys Run. This issue isn't present using the alternative app, FlowLauncher.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Opera GX or any other app, to open properly.

❌ Actual Behavior

It didn't open. image

I think this here should be it. I don't know whether it shows the bugs on P-Run, because I switched it off in favor of Flow until it's fixed

Edit: Man, I really shouldn't just touch all the buttons here. Smh. I just closed it accidentally. The issue I mean.

Weird, I uploaded all the necessary author feedback.

Edit: Since I didn't get a response for quite some time, I started using an alternative "Flow Launcher" temporarily, so I can't tell if it has persisted. Edit 2: The issue is persistent even in the v0.69.1. I'll add the bug report too. It seems that it happens only if the app has a .lnk ending, for some reason.
