Invoke Powertoys via Traditional Shortcut #25232

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Currently it appears that items like "PowerToys Run" can be invoked by keystroke, or by the tray icon launcher. I was hoping for a the ability to invoke various elements via command-line. The primary goal being the ability to create shortcuts for the desktop and the Start Screen.

Scenario when this would be used?

The primary motivation was for large interactive displays or tablet PCs. The ability to pin functions to the Start Screen would make for a more natural way to invoke items. Please understand, the current method of launching from the tray icon is adequate for large touchscreens. This is only a suggestion for consideration.
