Steps to reproduce

  1. Dialog prompting the user to update to the latest version of PowerToys appears
  2. User selects yes
  3. Installation of new version begins
  4. During install, IOException is thrown while PowerToys Run is working through the ..launcher\Wox.Infrastructure directories. Exception does not crash the program. Log file attached. 2023-04-10.txt

✔️ Expected Behavior

Successful restart of program without exceptions being thrown.

❌ Actual Behavior

Exception was thrown.

Can you please upgrade to latest 0.73 and verify if the issue still occur? /needinfo
