Steps to reproduce

Graphical glitches from first opening. Also occurs with other aspects (other tools in the product)

Will submit bug report as a comment. Running RTX2080Ti graphics card with latest drivers on Win 10 Enterprise.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Interface to display correctly.

❌ Actual Behavior

Interface corrupted.
