Description of the new feature / enhancement

In my case, I have fancyzone setup to show the zones when I press a non-primary mouse button

In this case, the scroll would have a special function to switch the fancyzone layout on the current screen.

Scenario when this would be used?

Pretty much every time fancy zone is used and you want to switch the layout on the fly without going through setup menus.

+1 That's exaclty what I exprected when drag a window with shift. When I see it didn't working, I start searching for change layout key binding in the PowerToys settings then realized there's no such shortkey.
