FancyZones mixes the zones for two monitors (video included) #25672

Steps to reproduce

  1. Move a window to one of my monitors and don't let go.
  2. Right click to activate FancyZones.
  3. Press a number to switch which layout is being used on that monitor.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expect that and only that monitor to change layouts.

❌ Actual Behavior

That, and one more other monitor change layouts. This happens from both screens. It's like they are linked. All other monitors act independently. This only happens sometimes, but when it starts happening, it keeps on happening. This has been happening for a year or more.
