same problem here I'm installing by both auto update and installer download from github temporary fix by downgrade to 0.69.0

That's pretty weird. Wonder if it's a mix of user installation and running as admin when the user is not the same user? Does this make sense? /needinfo

I have also uninstalled powertoy completely and reinstalled for all users and run as admin still have same issue
