Steps to reproduce

Leave the computer unattended and automatically turn off the display.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The display is not illuminated by POWER TOYS.

❌ Actual Behavior

Display lights up repeatedly

Is this happening on 70.1? /reportbug for settings. This bug should be fix if you have MWB enabled
