Edit PDF file properties #26867

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to suggest that File Explorer need to have the feature to edit PDF file properties such as authors, year, tags etc., in order to make it possible to sort (or group) a huge collection of PDF files based on these properties.

This can be done via a pdf property handler under the File Explorer Add-ons of PowerToys. You already have preview and thumbnails handlers.

Scenario when this would be used?

For example college students or PhD or companies will be more productive with this feature.

For example a Business can sort files based on clients or other companies. Thank you, I believe that my suggestion will be considered and planned to be executed.

nvm just PDF files, being able to change any file's metadata would be very useful. Currently working on a project and I want to add the link I sourced the images from into a field however going into properties for an image has no boxes available for me to add text into really.

I believe that pdf files will be the beginning if we are successful in bringing participation (attention) to this issue
