I had two editor tabs and pressed windows + d then opened an app, after that pressed again windows + d. Then you can see what happened in the image on "actual behaviour. The editor tabs had still this blueish edges, but weren't always on top when clicked on background app which is in fullscreen. You also can see two blue rectangles with nothing in it, these were the original positions of the editor tabs before i pressed windows + d, these blueish edges stay there and aren't movable and exist at the same time as the two editor tabs with blueish edges, but i can click on the rectangle and interact with the app which is behind these rectangles.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Two editor tabs to be on top
❌ Actual Behavior
Creating of a new rectangle that acts as copy of the blueish edges of the original editor tab, its also not movable and can't be removed, except when disabling always on top function of powertoys
