Description of the new feature / enhancement

The user could choose wich apps or programs would trigger the CAPS LOCK and the NUMLOCK keys, turning it on or off accordingly to the Window you are focused.

Scenario when this would be used?

For example, alternating between a CAPS LOCK Word document and a email opened in your browser, where you need to only have capital letter in the first word of each phrase. Alternating between calculator, where you MUST have the NUMLOCK on and a simple text document in Notepad, where you need to focous only in typing letters. Alternating between programs that you MUST have all letters in capitals and other apps where you don't need, like WhatsApp or other chat apps.

Supporting information

CapsWiz 2.0 was the best program ever made until now, but it does not get updated since very earlies 2000.

Would definetely love to see this added for Numlock (always on/off) and Insert (always on/off) keys.
