Steps to reproduce

The Microsoft store says that Powertoys has been installed, but in fact Powertoys has been uninstalled and cannot be installed again. It only can install by exe files and Winget.

I have the same problem. I've tried installing from the release files of this repository and deleting, nothing helps.
