Add the amazing "File-Converter.org" (Right-Click Media Converter) to PowerToys

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be great to see Tichau's File Converter be part of the PowerTools family: It converts not only most of the Media Files (Image, Videos, Audios), but also PDFs, ICOs, and many other popular Formats. And it does it with an elegant "Right-Click" Contextual Menu in just one step. Set it and forget it Settings. Just simple, fast and reliable.

Scenario when this would be used?

Right-click on any type of Media files, and convert it to a wide array of similar formats.

Supporting information

People mostly convert their files searching for online converters, hence why a Right-Click utility would be way more convenient.

I was visiting to submit a the idea to maybe integrate "file-converter.org/" if possible. Turns out this idea has already been submitted. Would be a lovely addition.
