Steps to reproduce

Dell 1080p USB-C external monitor connected to Alienware X17R2 laptop w/ 1440p screen.

Fancy Zone set to single zone on each screen.

Drag some application windows from laptop screen to external screen while holding down SHIFT key, then release when external monitor zone indicates acceptance of window.

✔️ Expected Behavior

ALL applications maximize to consume the entire external 1080p screen.

❌ Actual Behavior

Services and Computer Management system "apps" extend past the boundaries of screen in all but up direction. Notepad++, Explorer and other apps work fine. I am virtually certain that this is new behavior with the recent update I did to v0.71.0

I am now on 77.0. Services and Computer Management still do not size correctly on my Dell external monitor. Wierdly, they now extend off the left and bottom edges of the screen, but not the right edge.

I hadn't tried/noticed this before, but when I take the same apps and move them back to the laptop monitor, they extend off of the RIGHT and bottom edges of the screen! Oy vey. :-) This happens even when I correct the window size to fit on either screen. Oh, and it even happens when I attempt to maximize the window on the same screen.

I have tried this with a number of other applications and have not observed the same effects.
