Steps to reproduce
When I start Powertoys settings, in Windows 11 the Window is shown correct. But on my Windows 10 systems, the Window appears not fully shown. The edge on top does not show the blue lining.
✔️ Expected Behavior
The blue lining should surround the window on all sides, like on my Windows 11 systems
❌ Actual Behavior
On my Windows 10 systems, the blue lining on top is missing
