Not following link when peek #28160

Description of the new feature / enhancement

When peeking a .lnk file whose target is, for instance, a batch file (.bat), the Peek won't show content of the target file^1 , but a an icon with file info only^2 .

Scenario when this would be used?

To peek the target file of a link

A lnk file is actually a file like any other. The request is understandable, but it would mean a design change request. Opinion @SamChaps ?
