"Switch between windows in the current zone" shortcuts doesn't change #28181

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable "Switch between windows in the current zone" setting.
  2. Try to rebind the shortcuts.
  3. can't

✔️ Expected Behavior

As I activate valid combinations of keys, starting with Windows key, cntl, alt or shift, the shortcut management window would detect it.

❌ Actual Behavior

It doesn't, as if I'm not activating any key.
