@Cpt-KeksMonster please provide a screenshot of your personalization options in Windows Settings like this:
/needinfo
From the screenshot it looks like the Windows mode is Dark, but the default app mode is Light. It makes sense to me that the Image Resizer should follow the App Mode setting and not the Windows theme. Not sure if that is an option on the WPF-UI, maybe @niels9001 can confirm.
It seems like it's custom theme isn't being handled properly by WPF UI. I have created a PR: https://github.com/lepoco/wpfui/pull/763
Looks like it was merged int but now to wait for the next update
This issue will be fixed in the next release by the WPF UI upgrade.

Steps to reproduce
After updating to 0.73.0 the Image Resizer windows is always in dark mode although Windows 10 is in light mode. Even when setting PowerToys App-Design to light mode manually the Resizer window remains dark.
✔️ Expected Behavior
The Image Resizer window shall respect the settings (light/dark/system default).
❌ Actual Behavior
The window is always dark.
