[Peek] Change preview when selected file changed

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The peak function should work with just clicking space bar, Similar to quicklook application and also when selection of next or diffrent file is made it automatically preview the new file just same as quicklook feature

Scenario when this would be used?

Almost everytime to preview a pdf, image and video, specially images, opening in image viewer takes time so power toys peek is the best feature
