[Run > Shell plugin] Setting for choosing the WT profile #28889

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add a setting where the user can type the name of the WT profile that is used.

Scenario when this would be used?

When using a different profile for shell commands than used as default wt profile.

Supporting information

The parameter should be surrounded with ".
The profile name is case-sensitive.
If implemented as simple text input setting, an empty string can be used for the default profile.
Second setting for the command prefix. (Like "/c" for cmd.)

Blocked by https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/16062 .

The required feature of WT to append a command line is comming with the next major release WT 1.19.

Additionally we should wait until https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/16060 is implemented.
