Steps to reproduce

In Keyboard Manager, Set Ctrl+Win+D as Disable to all Software, then Press Ctrl+Win+D+AnyOtherKey

✔️ Expected Behavior

Ctrl+Win+D should be disabled and no new desktop was created.

❌ Actual Behavior

Ctrl+Win+D Still working, it will create a new desktop

I just dont understand why this is a hotkey for create new desktop, the hotkey is easily triggerred when playing game. U hold Ctrl&W&D to move and once your hand accidentally press the Win, it will jump u out the game and take u to the new desktop
