"Cycle between windows snapped to the same zone" (e.g. Win + PgUp) stops working after sleep #29813

Steps to reproduce

Use any template. Snap two or more windows to the same zone. Then Win + PgUp/PgDn work as expected. Suspend computer in the usual way (e.g. press power button so it goes into Sleep, or allow power settings to put the computer in Sleep) Wake computer (e.g. press power button) Go back to window in the aforementioned zone. Try Win + PgUp or Win + PgDn

✔️ Expected Behavior

Cycles between windows snapped to that zone like it did before the computer suspended.

❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing happens. It doesn't switch to the other window(s).
