Automatically open File Locksmith when ejecting USB drive fails #30050

Description of the new feature / enhancement

So basically as the title states, it would be nice if File Locksmith could automatically run if the user attempts to eject/safely remove a USB storage device and fails due to the device being in use.

Scenario when this would be used?

This could be used any time that drives are attempted to be ejected/safely removed. I regularly work with removable drives and they seem to fail to remove about 50% of the time, this could save a few clicks every time if I didn't have to open explorer and find the drive in question first.

Supporting information

regarding an API for events when failed ejects occur - I am not familiar with how the eject messages work or what the process could be for implementing this feature

Is there an API in Windows which raises an event when failed eject occurs? /needinfo
