The issue only occurs when using multiple monitors. It appears to work fine on a single screen. The resolution doesn't appear to matter.

Scenario:

1) Start powertoys. 2) Press win + shift + M 3) Click the spacing button. (Sometimes it just freezes up at this point but not usually). 4) The mouse lines appear and it's possible to measure things. 5) Click the screen. The mouse lines disappear. 6) Click the spacing button again. 7) It completely freezes and needs powertoys needs to be restarted.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Step 4) of the reproduction can be done repeatedly.

❌ Actual Behavior

It freezes up so it's basically unusable for me.

I was able to reproduce this issue. Using same steps as above. Switching modes using keyboard shortcuts is also non-functional due to this issue. Version is 0.76.2.
