@RainerHH to debug better we need to see the application logs which are provided when you upload a /bugreport please right click on the PowerToys tray icon and select "Bug Report" that will generate a .zip file on your desktop, then go to this issue in your browser and attach that .zip to a new comment. Thanks

the upload is complete.

I did what is shown in the video.

I also have no idea what the bug report is supposed to show, there are no software errors or anything like that.
