File explorer stutters and doesn't show file previews

Steps to reproduce

When you enter File Explorer, it takes a very long time to load the disk list. In directories, it takes very long to load files. It doesn't show a preview of the files, or you have to wait a very long time for it.

When I right-click on a file in Explorer, Explorer stutters and resets. If I try to do it a second time, it tends to work with a long delay, but the subheadings in the context menu will jam.

I generated a zip file by clicking "System tray > Report bug", but I don't see a file with a matching name for "bug report log".

2. the delay is gone if thumbnail are turned off in PowerToys & explorer has been rebooted?
3. Bug report: We're actually are hoping for the zip file it creates so we can see if there is some exception being thrown.

It's the same for me, as I reported: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/30972

and it's not only svg. I can't see the thumbnails for multiple other file types, like: txt, md, png, and a whole lot other.

It used to work flawlessly.

Any type of images/files. How many? Doesn't matter. Sometimes it doesn't even show a preview of the drives in the "This Computer" directory.

For now, it's working, although you have to wait a long time before the context menu appears.

However, this did not help, again the explorer reset after I wanted to enable the context menu...
