Add Norwegian written languages- Norwegian Bokmål and Norwegian Nynorsk #31208

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hi! Not sure if I should've chosen the Translation Issue template, but I would love to see the Norwegian Bokmål and Norwegian Nynorsk languages being available for PowerToys. If that is wanted, I could do the translating if I just get a little help on where to put the translated text.

Scenario when this would be used?

It would be helpful to Norwegian users, because they would be able to use PowerToys in their native language instead of English if they so prefer.

Hello and thanks for your message. Unfortunately, the translation process is not public and not open to user input. @crutkas made this comment about it. He also can decide if Norwegian can be added to the languages. Sidenote: What's the difference between Bokmal and Nynorsk? Is there not single standard Norwegian?

I see. I thought the translations somehow were open-source, but I guess there are reasons to keep it non-public too. When it comes to the Norwegian language, both Bokmål and Nynorsk have "equal" status formally (but Bokmål is used 99% of the time), but the languages are a bit different (though mutually intelligible): Bokmål - Jeg har en jobb jeg liker å drive med Nynorsk - Eg har ein jobb eg likar å driva med (likar can also be written lik, driva can also be written drive). English - I have a job I like doing

So it's not the biggest of differences, but some organizations in Norway are very litigious when it comes to making sure government agencies and the national news broadcaster use Nynorsk enough.
