This would be great
/dup #33

Description of the new feature / enhancement
A Windows Explorer add-on that allows to "promote" actions and commands from the "Extended Context Menu" to the standard reduced context menu Windows 11 is showing right now.
Scenario when this would be used?
Say, for example, you installed a new Explorer extension (like "File Converter" from fileconverter.io) To access it, you would need to right-click on a video/image/sound file and then either press Shift+F10, click on "More Options..." or Shift+Right-click to access the extended menu. But we all know the Extended menu is a mess. What would you give to have only the most used stuff "promoted" to redux menu without having to regedit your way to there? Same thing happens to WinRar actions, 7zip, etc.
This add-on should enable the customization of the * section within the Windows 11 context menu to allocate these custom actions.
