Steps to reproduce

Right click context menu does not show File Locksmith, no matter what file or folder is selected. Is there any other way to run it?

✔️ Expected Behavior

File Locksmith should show up in the context menu as advertised.

❌ Actual Behavior

File Locksmith does not show up in the context menu.

@NezzerSmurf can you try changing your File Locksmith settings to "Default and Extended context menu" and restart PowerToys and your PC for a full test. /needinfo

@TheJoeFin Done. Doesn't help. Still doesn't show up in either the default or extended context menu.
