Steps to reproduce

• Used PowerToys as a normal
• Around 30-45 minutes of use Memory usages spikes and stays high

✔️ Expected Behavior

• Able to open settings
• Low memory usage.

❌ Actual Behavior

• The settings page is a black page
• High memory usage

Same here, memory usage keeps increasing over time.

I just had this happen to me on version 0.78.0 after around 13-14 hours of runtime.

Right click -> exit on the tray didn't exit PowerToys Run and I had to close it through task manager.

That is commit, not memory currently in use.

This issue is about memory leaks resulting in high memory use on the main page of task manager (which shows actual memory use, not commit)
