Steps to reproduce

Have 2 chrome windows open side by side, Window A and Window B. Open an extra tab inside window A and drag it so that it detaches from that window slightly, you will notice it instantly pops over into Window B. This happens across all browsers (Chrome, firefox, brave, edge).

✔️ Expected Behavior

When dragging/detaching a tab outside of a browser window, it should not be instantly appearing in the latest browser window instance.

❌ Actual Behavior

The detached tab should just hover over the first window (A), it shouldn't be instantly appearing over the latest browser window (B) instance.

Other Software

Windows 10. Chrome Version 122.0.6261.58 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I've uninstalled v0.78.0 and reinstalled v0.77.0, and the issue has completely resolved.

Also having this issue - would be great to have this fixed in the new builds!

Will have to downgrade to 0.77 I guess
