Steps to reproduce

Any text I enter does not filter the "to be renamed" properly and seems to select 100s of additional image names

Can you provide more informaton:

From what to what do you try to rename? What are the files called?

What strings are used to search and replace? What are the settings? Screenshot would be helpful here.
